1888: Mark J. Oliver residence, 1105 N. Lawrence (now Broadway). Oliver was a wholesale lumber dealer, one of several in the early days of Wichita to make a fortune in the building materials business. Today the site is home to the popular local Vietnamese restaurant Saigon.
