1889: Enoch Dodge residence, 1328 W. First (now 1406 W. Second). Dodge, a key developer of Delano Township, built this Queen Anne house in 1887. Streets in the neighborhood including Elizabeth, Glenn, Martinson, Fern and Dodge are all named after his family.
