1987: Intersection of Kellogg & Main. For years, Wichitans traveling on US-54 (Kellogg Avenue) had to slow from highway speed to creep through this set of crossroads in the central business district. A flyover was finally erected in the 1990s, allowing for non-stop travel across much of the city.
